Contact Centre

Our centralised team in North Wales helps patients book appointments across the UK. It’s a friendly and varied environment that offers excellent training opportunities.

Healthcare Assistants

As the Healthcare Assistant you will assist clinical staff in providing nursing care of the highest quality to patients.

Medical Secretaries

To help every department and every consultant deliver the highest standards of care, these individuals are on hand to provide outstanding secretarial and admin support.

Patient Administration Officers

Our patient admin teams oversee all financial aspects of the service we provide. They register, admit and verify insurance details and charge and bill patients.

Physician Assistants

Whilst not a doctor, the physician assistant is its own healthcare professional who performs to a medical model, with the skills, knowledge and attitudes base to deliver medical treatment and holistic care within general medicine under defined levels of supervision by a Doctor.

Physician Services

Our growing physician services team is a community of physicians, leaders and operational business support staff who partner to provide patient-centred care across our network of high-performing doctors’ practices, joint ventures, and hospitals. The team are responsible for physician employment and practice management.

Play Specialists

Become part of an expanding team of play specialists who enable children, adolescents and their families to cope with their hospital experience.

Receptionists

As well as being the first point of contact for patients, our receptionists provide a wide range of admin support that enables each department to deliver the highest standards of service.
