Salary: £29,500 to £31,000
We’re looking for a Flu Coordinator to join our Primary Care Team based in Central London.
As part of Roodlane Medical, you will be working with a skilled and experienced multi-disciplinary team, in a supportive and professional environment with opportunities for personal learning and development the Facility.
The administrator will interact closely with a range of departments which will require excellent communications, public relations and documentation skills

What you’ll do:
Be responsible for the day to day management of the Flu Campaign / admin support team ensuring efficient turnaround of all requests for all clients and HCA hospitals and dealing with issues as they arise
Clinic bookings and scheduling
Liaising with CRM & Clients to promote & secure bookings for clinics
Responding to enquires & booking requests
Make bookings & send confirmation to client
Send email reminder to client two days prior reconfirming details
Ensure clinics are sufficiently spread according to staffing resources (usually a max of 2 per day)
Setting dates and liaising with Reception team to secure rooms for Roodlane clinics
Organising travel for out of London clinics
Ensure all communication is answered promptly and efficiently and issues escalated as appropriate
Interact closely with a range of departments which will require excellent communications, public relations and documentation skills
What you’ll bring:
Previous admin experience within Primary Care
Excellent customer service skills
Competent IT system and software user
Experience in Health Promotion
To be able to work towards deadlines and deliver objectives
Grasp of basic medical terminology
Proven ability to work flexibly and accurately with changing priorities and deliver a confidential and high quality patient-focused service
