Job Title; Revenue Analyst/Finance Assistant
Location; Prestatyn
Full time; 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm
Permanent; Remote working available Weds - Fri if desired (subject to change)
Salary: Around £26,100 per annum

We’re looking for a Revenue Analyst to join our Primary Care Team based in Prestatyn. You don't have to have previous finance skills (although this would be useful), as long as you can use Excel to a good level and have a strong willingness to learn, we would urge to apply. We will train you.

You’ll be working as part of a team, dealing with the financial side of Primary Care; this is a super opportunity to get your foot into the door here at HCA UK and work in finance.

What you’ll do:

  • Reconcile charges and payments on booking system, Meddbase, against finance system, Meditech
  • Release invoice charges from booking system to finance system
  • Ensure patients/clients are invoiced promptly and accurately
  • Deal with patient invoice queries promptly
  • Maintaining orderly documentation and ensuring prompt & organised filing
  • Work closely with the contact centre, physiotherapy administrator, physiotherapists and reception team to ensure accurate & complete capture of data.
  • Escalating issues and problems to the Contact Centre Team Leaders, Revenue Account Manager and Physiotherapy Administrator or alternative management person

What you’ll bring:

  • Excellent customer service (will be dealing with clients and patients)
  • Good Excel skills (you will be using this the most out of all the Microsoft packages)
  • Willingness to learn
  • Can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
