EHR Communications Lead

Fixed Term Contract until July 2026

Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week.

Reporting to: Head of Change Management and Communications

The Communications Lead is a key role in the Change Management, Communications and Training workstream within the HCA UK division wide transformational programme that will introduce new ways of working for clinicians and colleagues providing front-line patient care and administration through a new Electronic Health Record system.

The role will lead the development of creative and engaging internal and external communications regarding the EHR digital programme through a range of channels communications, driving the understanding, engagement and adoption of the business, consultants, and key external parties. They will provide support and guidance on communication across all the workstreams, ensuring a consistent tone of voice and aligned message.

The development of effective communications is critical in ensuring engagement with the Expanse EHR programme, to deliver an effective solution that works for the business.

What you'll do:

  • Support the communication needs of the EHR Digital Programme workstreams.

  • Responsible for the EHR business communication through our intranet / SharePoint sites.

  • Source, edit and review internal and external communications content for EHR programme.

  • Encourage meaningful employee engagement across HCA UK.

  • Encourage meaningful engagement with consultants.

  • Line management of 1 direct report.
