Role: Occupational Health Advisor
Permanent: Monday to Friday Only
Town: Can be fully remote, office based in Prestatyn or a mix of both
Full time: 37.5 hours per week full time or part-time minimum 3 days per week
Salary: Up to £46,000 depending on experience
We’re looking for an Occupational Health Advisor and Qualified Nurse to join our supportive team working hybrid or fully remote. This is a really interesting and exciting role working for a client based in the prestigious location of Canary Wharf.
As an Occupational Health Advisor you'll be responsible for carrying out occupational health assessments and mental health evaluation/stress risk assessments of individuals in relation to their work environment. You will also provide advice to the client on any required adjustments to the workplace or employees role. Take your career in a new and rewarding direction and work in a corporate setting.
There will be an element of case management, but the main focus of the role is relationship building, hand-holding and guiding the clients HR professionals as they settle their teams back into the office environment following Covid.
This role would be expected to devise and support on occupational health, employment law, occupational health inductions and 1:1 work to improve improve HR referrals, case management and outcomes.
