Job Title: Financial Credit Administrator
Location: London, Corporate Head Office Cavendish Square.
Working pattern: Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days remote
Full time 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term until December 2025
Salary: £27643 - £35422 depending on experience.

We’re looking for a Financial Credit Administrator to join our PSG corporate team based in Central London. This is great position for a confident experienced healthcare administrator/co-ordinator, from within a finance related team.
Reporting to the Head of Consultant Contracts team, you will be supporting with all enquiries relating to collating information on historic debt. Substantial tasks including debt management, and dealing with Consultant queries. Partnering our Practice Managers, Clinic Managers, Medical Secretaries to review and collate information to invoices unpaid appointments, treatments or hospital care. Monitoring and where applicable pursue Consultant debt. someone with great co-ordination skills, analytical skills, and confident telephone liaison skills. You will be responsible for updating and tracking our Voyager System, which tracks owed debt, and provides updates to the status of patient activity.

What you’ll bring:
- Previous Hospital Administrative experience in a finance team, ideally relating to debt management.
- Excellent customer care skill, able to work confidently with lots of data, training will be provided on the Voyager System.
- Exceptional Accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office - Excel
- Polite, professional communication skills, able to multi-task with many enquiries at any one time, respond promptly and resolve and issues raised.
- Strong team player.
