Location: Hybrid. Cross-site working within our HCA Hospital sites in the W1 area

Full time, 37.5 hours/week

FIXED TERM FOR 12 MONTHS

Up to £31,000 per annum + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)

We have an exceptional career opportunity for you to join HCA Healthcare UK as an MDT Coordinator.

This a fantastic opportunity and pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of MDT services for multidisciplinary teams, primarily regarding cancer MDT meetings, outcomes, relevant targets and datasets/audits. You will provide dedicated administrative support to ensure the MDT work together to provide high-quality patient care.

Your role is vital to HCA’s cancer care, as you will be capturing important treatment decisions amongst specialists across pathology, radiology, surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

What you’ll do:

  • Co-ordinate and facilitate the function of MDT meetings, record outcomes of patients discussed and treatment/management plans, and distribute
  • Establish effective communication networks with clinicians and other members of the MDT and actively participate in the development and change of any systems
  • Ensure that data for audits is collected and submitted appropriately and promptly
  • Contribute and develop the effective utilisation of the database in respect to MDTs, and Patient Tracking

What you’ll bring:

  • Hospital experience in a patient-centric role, working within an administrative function is essential
  • Previous MDT experience is desirable
  • Minute taking skills is desirable
  • High skilled coordination, administration, IT and stakeholder management skills
