HCA Healthcare UK’s Information Technology Group (ITG) is a Group IT function, developing and managing all aspects of healthcare IT across our portfolio of hospitals, clinics, outpatient centres, laboratories, and other associated businesses.
IT Technical Service Management is one of the main functions of the Service Operation module of ITIL framework. This function is responsible for managing the capacity, performance, and availability of all the components used in organization’s IT Infrastructure. The ITG Technical Services Delivery team is responsible for installing and maintaining all the end user devices in HCA UK across all the facilities and sites.

What you'll do:
You will provide 2nd & 3rd level support for desktop, printer, wireless client and generate incident tickets in the field.
You will certify and create documentation for new client hardware per new technologies or technologies going end of life.
The Technical Services Analyst is site-based working closely with the on-site team to ensure IT issues are identified, logged, documented and resolved in a timely fashion.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in Desktop Support (2nd and 3rd line) with strong communication (oral, written) skills and customer focused
Understanding of application technologies, and service management / monitoring approaches
Experience of working in a large, matrixed organisation
