Shift times: 9am -5.30pm
(Includes lates and weekend requirements on a rota basis)

We’re looking for a Senior Assistant Technical Officer to join our Pharmacy Team at the London Bridge Hospital, currently rated "Outstanding” by the CQC.

 

London Bridge Hospital is one of the UK’s largest private healthcare hospitals specialising in complex and acute care. Spread over three main buildings and five outpatient centres, it is home to a number of specialist units and teams across a wide range of disciplines including orthopaedic, spinal, digestive diseases, liver, hepatobiliary, renal, cardiothoracic, critical care, cancer and transplant services.

 

We are looking for a skilled Senior Assistant Technical Officer to join our team, supporting high-quality pharmacy services across multiple sites, including The Shard, London Bridge Hospital, and Private Care at Guy’s, in partnership with GSST. In this role, you will assist with dispensary services, stock control, medicines distribution, and inventory management, ensuring excellence in pharmaceutical care and patient safety. Reporting to the Lead/Head Pharmacy Technician, you will work closely with senior technicians to maintain professional standards. What you’ll bring:

  • Pharmacy NVQ2, (Essential)

  • Hospital Pharmacy experience (desirable)

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team

  • Ability to prioritise workload
