Job Title: Practice Manager | Fertility Clinic

Location: The Lister Hospital, Chelsea Bridge Road, SW1W 8RH
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
Role: Permanent, Fully on-site

We’re looking for a Practice Manager to join our dedicated Fertility team at The Lister Hospital in the heart of Chelsea, London.

In this role, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our busy Fertility Clinic, managing a team of 18 support staff and collaborating with 10 Consultants. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, driving operational excellence, and leading a team with purpose, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Operational Management: Oversee clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows and smooth coordination across teams.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team, promoting a positive work culture and fostering professional growth.
  • Patient Care: Ensure high-quality, compassionate care and a seamless patient experience from start to finish.
  • Compliance & Quality: Maintain regulatory compliance, implement quality assurance programs, and manage clinic systems to ensure excellence in patient services.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor billing, insurance claims, and payments while keeping a close eye on clinic budgets and financial performance.

What you’ll bring:

  • Several years of experience in practice management, preferably within fertility or reproductive medicine, or as a Senior Medical Secretary in fertility seeking growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage a diverse team and drive operational success.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical office operations, and patient care.
