Full time / Part time: 40 hrs p/w.
Shift times: Weekdays only.
Contract; Fixed Term Contract.

We’re looking for Ankle Fellow to join our Orthopaedic Team at The Wellington Hospital, London.

This Fellowship aims to develop an individual to become a leader in the field of ankle arthritis surgery, a teacher, and an evidence-based researcher with high and meaningful research outputs. You will work as part of the MSK team, supporting the London Ankle & Arthritis Centre (LAAC) consultants and the clinical team.

What you’ll bring:

  • GMC registration
  • FRCS (Tr&Orth) or equivalent
  • Relevant medical qualifications
  • Competent to perform common foot and ankle procedures
  • Experience in managing patients under consultant supervision
  • An understanding of research principles and methodology
  • Understanding of clinical governance & clinical audit
  • Evidence of publication track record
  • Ability to use reference management software (desirable)
  • Ability to use statistical analysis package (desirable)
  • Computer literate
