Full time: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday
Shift times: Service is open between 8am – 8.30pm, but will work 7.5 hours per day on various shift patterns

We’re looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatients team at Sydney Street Diagnostic Centre currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC.

Sydney St is a world-class private outpatient and diagnostic centre conveniently located in the heart of Chelsea. We offer consultations, testing and treatment for a number of specialist areas including: dermatology, ophthalmology, gastroenterology and cancer care. With a fully equipped blood laboratory, the latest diagnostic equipment, a private GP practice and a pharmacy suite onsite, we can diagnose and treat you as quickly as possible, under one roof, in our modern, purpose-built centre.

As the Healthcare Assistant, under the direction of the registered nurse, you will carry out observations, investigations and basic treatments as required. You will also oversee chaperoning of patients and assisting medical staff with day to day duties. 

Please note, you will be required to rotate across when required to our other satellite sites (Chelsea Outpatient Centre, The Lister Hospital and Chiswick Outpatients)

What you’ll bring:

  • NVQ in Health and Social Care is desirable
  • Phlebotomy for this role is essential
  • Previous Healthcare Assistant experience within a hospital setting is essential
  • Healthcare Assistant experience within Outpatients is desirable
  • Right to work in the UK
