We’re looking for an experienced, high energy Marketing Manager to join our fertility team!

Based in London, you will work directly with senior stakeholders and consultants to take our services to our constantly expanding audiences and continue to be the go-to clinic in London. 

 

Our patients come to us with a dream of becoming a parent, we work closely with patients to welcome them to the Lister family, understand them and embark on their fertility journey together. 

 

As a Marketing Manager you’ll manage the delivery of a first-class marketing service to HCA Healthcare UK’s hospitals and the central marketing team, in line with the HCA UK strategy.  

You will be responsible for creating B2B and B2C comms strategies, including overseeing the production of marketing collateral, developing, and managing marketing campaigns, and creating copy and design to support internal and external communications.  

 

You will also be responsible for gathering customer insight and competitor analysis and disseminating marketing analytics. Working with a broad range of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders up to executive level.

What you’ll do: 

 

Deliver a first-class marketing service (B2B as well as B2C) 

  •  Create briefs that are in line with business priorities and plans and have measurable outcomes and targets. 
  • Review the quality of creative work to ensure it is consistently excellent. 

  • Ensure that work is delivered on time and on budget. 

  • Develop and implement effective processes, systems, and measurements to achieve and demonstrate all of the above .

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key internal clients, ensuring that their needs are understood and met. 

 

Develop and manage effective marketing plans, campaigns, and communications. 

 

Understand the business goals, challenges and opportunities, and champion these within the business. 

  • Ensure that effective campaigns are in place to drive growth in agreed business priority areas. 

  • Ensure detailed briefs are provided to HCA UK’s in-house creative studio and external agencies. 

  • Project manage marketing plans and campaign implementation, ensuring that internal clients are pleased with the outcome. 

  • Produce highly effective and ‘right first time’ copy and design for internal and external communications. 

  

Insights and analytics 

  • Support the marketing team by gathering and disseminating customer and competitor analysis and insight. 
  • Oversee the development of the organisation’s annual marketing plan. 

  • Ensure that systems are in place to monitor the response to and impact of campaigns, and work with colleagues to provide ROI evidence for all campaign activity. 

 

Brand  

  •  Be the guardian of the HCA Healthcare UK brand. 
  • Ensure that all material is brand appropriate and entirely consistent with brand guidelines.

  • Provide guidance to colleagues around the organisation on the proper use of the HCA UK brand (e.g. signage, collateral design, etc.) 

  • Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to at all times. 

 

Provide business partner marketing support to senior stakeholders across HCA UK 

  • Be a business partner and senior subject matter expert to senior stakeholders across HCA Healthcare UK 
  • Support HCA UK’s hospitals with internal communications.

  • Provide support to the HCA UK sales team. 

 

What you’ll bring:  

 

  • Demonstrative experience within B2B and B2C Marketing – preferably healthcare 

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. 

  • The ability to work at pace and to changing priorities and deadlines. 

  • A creative thinker who is able to drive a campaign forward and is happy to get involved in content production and the day to day drivers of  a marketing campaign. 

  • Relevant marketing qualification
