Location: London

Full time 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Up to £40,000 Plus 40% Bonus Potential & £6,000 Car Allowance.

We’re looking for a GP Relationship Manager to join our team covering the South-Central London.

The team actively develop and grow our network of GPs who refer patients into HCA hospital and facilities.  

As a GP Relationship Manager, you’ll be building and establishing new relationships with GPs in the London area to grow patient referrals into HCA hospitals and facilities around London. This is a field-based role, and you will need to be a resilient, focused, and tenacious business development professional. 

You will be championing our ambitious growth plans that we have here at HCA Healthcare UK. Making sure that our exceptional patient care and facilities are at the front and centre to all prospects within your area.

What you’ll do:

  • Prospect and Deliver New Referrers to HCA.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the mix of GP Principles (Owners), Sessional GP's and Locum GPs within your territory.
  • Target and secure new referrer relationships for existing/new facilities, service lines, treatments.
  • Support local marketing plans as HCA UK rolls out new facilities or service lines, covering but not limited to, engaging with Schools, Business Parks, Employers etc.
  • Visiting referrers by undertaking further value-added fact-finding visits in the area.
  • Establish strong and productive multi-level relationships - Referrers, Clinicians, Practice Managers, Secretaries, and other key influencers.
  • Keep abreast of Service Line developments across HCA and communicate these developments to referrers as appropriate.
  • Review referral activity and trends with Principles (Practice Owners), Practice Managers and/or key stakeholders, acting to address any shortfalls and opportunities.
  • Presentations to key stakeholders including facility CEOs

What you’ll bring:

  • A demonstrable and proven business development career background.
  • You will have experience working to KPI field sales targets within healthcare related services.  We will also consider candidates who have sold pharmaceuticals and medical devices field sales experience too.
  • Exceptional professional stakeholder engagement and relationship build skills and able to work as part of a high performing team.
  • The resilience and drive to grow your area working at pace and to ambitious KPI targets.
  • Able to travel around the London and surrounding areas and hold a full UK driving Licence.
  • It is desirable, but not essential that candidates live in or near South – Central London for ease of field sales navigation.
