We’re looking for a Clinical Practice Educator to join our Critical Care Team at The Wellington Hospital, the UK’s largest private hospital and currently rated “Good” by the CQC. Not only is The Wellington Hospital the largest private hospital in the UK, but we’re also home to the UK’s largest private critical care unit – fully equipped with the latest technology to provide specialist care to level 2 and 3 patients.
As a Clinical Practice Educator, you’ll play an important role in enhancing the professional practice of our teams. We'll look to you to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality educational programs for both new and existing nursing staff, collaborating or potentially leading on the development of the onboarding process for nursing. Day-to-day you’ll drive educational initiatives that not only meet regulatory standards, but that elevate the standard of care we offer, using your expertise to identify practice gaps in and implementing educational activities to address them.
