Job Title: Health & Wellbeing Coordinator

We are looking for a Health & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our corporate sales team, based in London.  

As a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator for Roodlane Medical, you will be based at our client’s site, working with their Wellness team to help in the support and delivery of their Health and Wellbeing Strategy. You will have a key role in assisting the planning and delivery of an innovative and effective health and wellbeing programme.

What you’ll do:

  • To support the clients HR Wellness team and the onsite health centre team, in the delivery of the client’s Health and Wellbeing programme.
  • Working with the health screening team you will maximise health screen uptake to meet the expectations of the client.
  • Establishing integrated clinical meetings, liaising with both the HCA Teams and external providers, including Gym, PMI, EAP&GIP providers to discuss new and integrated pathways for an enhanced patient experience, excellent outcomes, and improved health and wellbeing benefits alignment.
  • Develop a knowledge of the healthcare plans and key health benefits available to the client’s staff in order to assist in developing integrated pathways between the various H&W service providers.
  • Improve engagement in health and wellbeing programmes with new webinars and interactive Q/As.
  • Produce data on a regular basis to show outcomes from the health and wellbeing programme and to demonstrate that all components of programme are being implemented correctly.
  • Researching and creating proposals for internal health and wellbeing initiatives, including analysis of costs.
  • Events management to include facilitating seminars, meetings (booking rooms, speakers, contacts sheets provided, set up, minute-taking)
  • Consult with internal Corporate Communications team in the development and delivery of employee communications.
  • Post-event evaluation reporting including preparation, distribution, and analysis of event surveys.
  • In future years, manage and coordinate the planning and delivery of a mini health check/ Know Your Numbers (KYN) programme, delivered at a number of the client’s key premises to meet the clients take up expectations.
  • Once established, ensure coaching pathways are followed through.
  • Develop and deliver data collection and management information reporting from the services you oversee meet criteria are engaged with, and that all pathways are up to date.
  • General administrative assistance as required.
  • Represent the client at key internal and external events.

What you’ll bring:

  • Ideally educated to Degree level or (or equivalent), but not required.
  • Demonstrable experience in operational administration roles including experience of working with external providers and key stakeholders.
  • Background in wellbeing and demonstrates a passion for development and behaviour change.
  • Experience working in a corporate setting.
  • Ability to plan and deliver a wellbeing initiative programme such as KYNs and coordinate and manage the delivery team.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proactive approach with ‘a can do’ attitude.
  • Highly developed organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to build good relationships with colleagues, employees, and 3rd party providers.
  • Able to manage own tasks and work autonomously.
  • Computer literate and highly proficient in use of Office applications: Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
