Senior Staff Nurse - Orthopaedic Outpatients 

London: 30 Devonshire Street, The Princess Grace Hospital  

Full time: 37.5 hours per week Mon –Fri (Service is open 8am-9pm) with Occasional Saturdays 

Shifts: flexibility required on working hours to meet the needs of the service working on the orthopaedic ward and in outpatients Clinic 

Permanent contract  

Salary – Competitive depending on experience 

 

The Princess Grace Hospital is recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Orthopaedic Senior Staff nurse to join the team in the Outpatient Department. 

 

Working as a Senior Staff Nurse within Orthopaedic outpatient's department, you will assess, plan, deliver and implement a high standard of nursing care, responding to individual needs. 

 

To provide management and leadership to all staff in the absence of the Sister, to act as a point of contact for patients following discharge. 

This position will allow you to work in the outpatient's clinic as well as the orthopaedic inpatient ward

What you will bring: 

 

  • NMC Registered  

  • Experience/Qualification in speciality (Orthopaedics) 

  • Phlebotomy training desirable 

  • Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures 

  • Knowledge of relevant NMC/national guidelines, policies and procedures (Code of conduct)  

  • Basic life support
