Job Title: Internal Communications Manager
Location: London / Hybrid
Full time 37.5 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract – Up to 12 Months

We’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join our Corporate HR team based in central London. Our Corporate HR team support the Exceptional People, Exceptional Employer pillar of our One HCA UK strategy. As an Internal Communications Manager you’ll play a key role in developing the strategy and delivery of internal communication and engagement activities across all channels to keep colleagues informed and engaged within HCA Healthcare UK.
You will be responsible for planning, project managing and delivering creative and engaging internal communications for all HCA UK colleagues through a range of channels. Alongside being responsible for employee engagement initiatives, including the staff engagement surveys and embedding a continuous listening culture.
You will work directly with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure that activities and approaches meet the needs of colleagues and the organisation.

What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience within a similar role with strong knowledge in internal employee communications, engagement and best practices.
- Experience and knowledge of reviewing internal communications and engagement practices gained through relevant experience, preferably in the private healthcare or corporate sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; articulate, compelling, engaging and inclusive.
- Project management skills.
- Good awareness of emerging communication technologies.
- Demonstrative experience in leading on company-wide communications
