Job Title: Governance Facilitator
Location: Central London. Corporate Head Office. Cavendish Square.
Full time: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Hybrid Working
Salary: Band 4, £subject to knowledge and experience
We’re looking for a Corporate Governance Facilitator to join our Clinical Governance Team based in in our Head Office, within a team of Governance experts, reporting to the Governance Team Co-ordinator.
This is a highly valuable administrative position, where you will have a variety of administrative responsibilities, supporting the team needs and wider patient safety, quality, regulations and risk records management, centrally.

What you’ll do:
- Act as the main point of contact for the team, efficiently and proactively managing, re-directing and responding to all incoming enquiries. Triaging urgent matters and escalating where needed, including complaints.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, clients, visitors, colleagues from across the HCA group, in a timely, professional and sensitive manner, where appropriate.
- Processing data entry, invoices, rota management, policies and safety alerts.
- Create reports, slides and content for Senior Management and track KPIs.
- You will support and cover of the Executive Assistant and Team Co-ordinator when needed.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in healthcare administration, and knowledge of healthcare systems such as Datix and Meditech
- Exceptional time management skills, track report of working with confidential patient information, including patient complaints. Knowledge of GDPR and data protection.
- Outstanding IT skills, polite and professional telephone manner, accurate typing skills with attention to detail.
- Governance experiences desirable, but not essential.
