HCA Healthcare UK’s Information Technology Group (ITG) is a Group IT function, developing and managing all aspects of healthcare IT across our portfolio of hospitals, clinics, outpatient centres, laboratories, and other associated businesses.
The Consultant Solutions Analyst is an integral role for HCA ITG. Using a balanced combination of customer service, project management, sales, leadership, training, and technology skills, this role serves as the primary training and support resource for consultants in the healthcare setting.
What you'll do:
Assists in implementation and support of systems and technologies deployed to consultants and medical secretary support.
Recommends process changes that improve the implementation, maintenance, and support of Consultant facing equipment and technologies.
Assists in testing Customer-related systems for facility-specific requirements.
Coordinates consultants and medical secretary service requests
Documents interactions with consultants and supporting medical secretaries to confirm needs are met.
Monitors and communicates trends and issues, provides timely response and resolution to provider issues identified and reported in ServiceNow.
Collects, validates, and appropriately routes documentation to support system access, confidentiality, information protection and security compliance.
Assures Consultants and staff have access to appropriate patient data.
Contributes to division and facility strategic planning.
Responsible for planning, developing, tracking and delivery of training for providers, hospital business partners, and Consultant office staff on new and current applications.
Partners with facility and division colleagues to enable a successful consultant experience and foster improved customer service interactions
What you'll bring:
Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
Experience in working in and managing a changing environment.
Experience in an environment in the healthcare industry to physician support.
Prior experience supporting clinical applications with physicians.
Organisational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clinical and information technology personnel.
Broad understanding of workflow and how systems are used in physician practices.
