We’re looking for a Practice Manager to join our Fertility team based at The Lister Hospital.

As a Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily practice operations of the Fertility Clinic with 10 Consultants. This includes management of 18 medical secretaries and supervision of the extended scope receptionists, appointment scheduling, billing procedures, debt collections, clinical letters.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversees daily practice operations, including management of the medical secretaries and supervision of the extended scope receptionists, appointment scheduling, billing procedures, debt collections, clinical letters.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the practice and highest levels of customer service to the patients and the consultants
  • Consults with clinic manager, supervisors and staff concerning practice operations, problem solving and service improvement.
  • Makes routine inspections of the practices to assure that established policies and procedures are being implemented and followed.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous Practice Managerial experience is essential 2+years , ideally private
  • Significant understanding of Medical terminology
  • Strong leadership and organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literacy
