Job Title: Data Protection Coordinator

We’re looking for a Data Protection Coordinator to join our Legal team based in 2 Cavendish square, London.
As our Data Protection Coordinator, you’ll… assist and support the Data Protection Officer and the team in providing a high-quality service to the group.

What you’ll do:
- To act as the point of contact for the business when they are seeking advice from the Data Protection Team.
- To manage the administration of the Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) review and approval process.
- To manage the Subject Access Request (SAR) process ensuring that SARs are completed in compliance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and to manage the review and audit process for SARs completed by facilities.
- To manage the database for data protection queries and complaints (from staff and from patients) and responses and to publish a
- Provide an administrative support service to the Data Protection Team.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrative career experience working within a senior administrative position, preferably within data protection or law.
- Experience of process management.
- Used to working within a highly confidential environment
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills and an effective team player. Used to working up to executive level.
- Able to work to tight deadlines with high attention to detail, juggling multiple deadlines and requests.
- Exceptional IT and system abilities to include MS office
- Ability to interpret and implement complex policies and procedures
