Hours: Full and Part-time opportunities available
Shift times: Sites are open 8am to 10pm - 7 days per week
Permanent Role:
Salary: £38k to £46k plus 6% shift allowance

We’re looking for a Senior Staff Nurse with drive and enthusiasm to deliver safe and effective care in a busy urgent care department supporting the triage, treatment and admission process and improving patient flow. In return we can offer career development and training opportunities.

As a Senior Staff Nurse in Urgent Care, you’ll provide high quality nursing through triaging, assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating care for patients within the Urgent Care. The successful candidate will also promote a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care and the services offered within the Urgent Care Centre.

What you’ll bring:

  • Registered Nurse
  • Experience/Qualification in AAU, A&E or critical care environment 
  • Triage experience in A&E (a must)
  • UKCC Registration and Validation requirements 
  • Phlebotomy/ cannulation training desirable 
  • Knowledge of relevant Hospital Policies and Procedures
