Location: Central London – near Notting Hill   
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Type: Permanent, Salaried Position
Salary: Attractive Circa £60000,  depending on experience

We are activity recruiting for a ‘Centre Manager’, to help lead, drive and manage the private patient GP/Health Clinic. It’s a role full of variety of responsibility requiring a combination of clinical services awareness, administrative skills, financial acumen, and strategic vision to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and the smooth operation of the practice.

Outline of Responsibilities.

  • Practice Operations: Manage daily operations, including appointment scheduling, patient records, and admin support. Oversee a team of 6 administrative staff.
  • Technology Management: Oversee health IT systems like electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure the premises are safe, clean, and comply with health regulations.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Revenue Cycle Management: Handle billing, coding, and collections
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control expenses, including salaries, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clinical Governance: Ensure high-quality and safe patient care.
  • Patient Engagement: Improve patient experience through communication and feedback.
  • Workforce Planning: Ensure adequate staffing and manage HR issues, including performance.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication within the team and with leadership, including creating dashboards, presentations, and reports.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Operational management experience in a healthcare setting, Clinic/Hospital/Health Clinic or GP Practice
  • Experience in budgeting, financial planning, revenue cycle management, and cost control.
  • Experience in managing, motivating and leading a team, including recruitment, training, and performance enhancement/management.
  • Strong background in administrative duties, including managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, and patient billing and patient record management
  • Desirable a qualification in leadership or currently working towards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders across HCA, able to compile data, presentations and dashboards to board level.
