These growth plans include implementing a real time end-to-end Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform, a multi-million-pound investment, and part of our long-term digital transformation initiative. Focused on advancing our technology and integrating web-based navigation, this EHR will allow HCA UK clinicians and colleagues to enhance patient safety, quality and care and to maintain our outstanding ratings and continue to be a global market leader in complex care. Therefore, we are investing in a new workforce to lead this change, and we are actively recruiting now for a 2023 start, focused on change management, transforming work practices, and project delivery of goals and objectives.   

We’re looking for a Revenue Capture Analyst to join our EHR Team based at London Bridge. The Revenue Capture Analyst will primarily be responsible for ensuring appropriate Revenue Capture across the programme, including working with clinical colleagues to ensure dictionaries are correctly configured to capture revenue requirements. They will also collaborate with colleagues in non-clinical workstreams to validate impacts of revenue capture methodologies. In addition, they will also support the Revenue Cycle reimbursement analyst to ensure all pricing agreements have been accurately translated into system rules and schedules. The Analyst will be working within the EHR Programme as part of the Revenue Capture workstream. 

What you’ll do:

  • Determine requirements for clinical revenue capture by working with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure dictionaries are standardised and appropriate.

  • Create robust training material to allow processes to be transitioned into a BAU environment and make suggestions as to ideal future state processes.

  • Implement and maintain change management process to ensure alignment of parallel systems prior to go live.

  • Test and validate revenue capture in end-to-end patient workflows.

  • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

  • Develop requirements specifications.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs.

What you’ll bring:

  • Excellent technical analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with UK Private Insurance Contracts.

  • Understanding of IT/Web Technologies.

  • Excellent organisational and change management skills.

  • Excellent technical analytical skills.

  • Excellent consultative and communication skills.

  • Experience in UK private healthcare commercial contracts/pricing management is desirable.
