We’re looking for Bank Medical Secretaries to join our team based in The Harborne Hospital. Part of the World’s largest private healthcare group; providing award winning primary, acute and complex care.
We have reached an exciting stage in our recruitment journey where we are now looking for passionate healthcare staff to join our non-clinical Bank team in readiness for The Harborne Hospital opening to patients in January 2024.
As a Medical Secretary, you will...
Arrange, schedule, and follow-through on all clinic/theatre appointments, liaising with patients, hospital staff and external departments in all phases of this process.
Arrange meetings and prepare minutes if necessary.
Use hospital computer system to register/obtain client information.
Assist with all other duties within the unit as required on a daily basis. This may include audit data input, secretarial typing, pulling notes, filing and accounts management. This is not an exhaustive list.
