We’re looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our ITU team at The Princess Grace Hospital, currently rated ‘Good’ by the CQC. Consisting of 9 beds our state-of-the-art ITU offers a unique opportunity to grow your career at a company guided by its mission: the care and improvement of human life. Our highly trained team are overseen by 2 experienced ITU consultants and we have our own specialist Resident Doctor on site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year ensuring our team have all the expertise and support they need to do what they do best: deliver exceptional care.
As a Senior Staff Nurse on our ITU unit, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. We’ll look to you as an expert in your field to support and mentor the junior nurses, using your in-depth clinical knowledge to guide and support them while also stepping up and leading the unit the absence of the ITU Sister/Charge Nurse it’s a varied role, one day you could be providing bespoke care to patients, the next participating in audits or quality improvement projects to continually improve the care we provide. What you’ll bring:
- Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
- Neuro, Cardiac or General ITU - specific skills and experience
- Extensive experience working within Critical Care
- Critical Care Course (60 Credits)
