We’re looking for a Lead Clinical Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Portland Hospital currently rated “Good” by the CQC. The Portland Hospital is the only independent hospital in the UK entirely dedicated to women and children. Our inpatient and outpatient specialties reflect this, providing clinical expertise in Paediatrics, Obstetrics.

As the Lead Clinical Occupational Therapist at the Portland you will be responsible for ensuring a high quality of care is provided by the OT team and leading on service development and improvement project as well as clinical and professional supervision and carrying a clinical caseload.

What you’ll bring:
- BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Current registered member of Health and Care Professions Council
- Further postgraduate training in Paediatrics
- Extensive Paediatric occupational Therapy clinical experience (preferably Early Intervention or Neuro-disability)
- Advanced knowledge and application of paediatric OT assessments and interventions relevant to a paediatric client group
- Leadership and management experience
