We’re looking for a Technical Application Lead to join our ITG team based at 1 London Bridge. The ITG team are a vibrant, innovative, mission focused team who have a strong focus and commitment of maintaining the strong culture we have here. We aim to promote from within (and do so 40%+ of the time!) and therefore harness and invest in the talent we have.
This role is made up of 3 key areas: leadership; incident management; and project management, centred around clinical and non-clinical applications. You will be responsible for managing a team, you will need to understand corporate policies and processes supporting compliance and governance. You will be responsible for prioritising and leading on incident management and requests for change. In this role you will gather requirements and manage expectations of directors and CEO’s across various facilities.

What you’ll do:
Leads and assigns service delivery, ensuring that agreed service levels, security requirements and other quality standards are met and ensuring adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
Takes responsibility for design, installation, upgrading, operation, control, maintenance, and effective use of applications.
Ensures that processes and practices are aligned across teams to operate effectively and efficiently.
Monitors the performance of technology services. Provides appropriate status and other reports to managers and senior users.
Organising, leading an ITIL services team, administrative.
Manages and mitigates organisational risk.
Balances the requirements of proposals with the broader needs of the organisation.
Communicates at all levels across the organisation to both technical and non-technical audiences articulating business objectives.
Learning and professional development – takes the initiative to advance own skills and leads the development of skills required in their area of accountability.
Takes a leading role in promoting and ensuring appropriate working practices and culture throughout own area of accountability and collectively in the organisation.
Co-innovation and service improvement with partners, consultants, and suppliers.
What you’ll bring:
Experienced with 3rd Line ITIL Applications Analysis, Product and Services support.
Experienced in software projects, 365, Teams, SharePoint Administration, Power Apps and Flow ITIL product.
Experience in system integration and HL7 messages.
Ability to give guidance to less experienced team members on incident and problem resolution.
