We’re looking for a Theatre Supply Chain Manager to join our supply chain team, based in 1 London Bridge. This is a key role within our theatre supply chain team who are integral to the smooth running of our theatres and integral support to our world class clinicians.

As a (Theatre Supply Chain Manager you’ll… Lead our theatre materials teams across multiple sites ensuring the purchasing and supply of materials that are vitally needed for our hospital theatres.

What you’ll do:

  • You will be implementing, measuring, and leading the supply chain activities within our theatre departments, e.g., Cath lab, Endoscopy, interventional radiology, in conjunction with other Supply Chain Stakeholders.
  • Providing operational direction and oversight for Sterile Processing and procedural areas without a formal Supply Chain presence as directed by the division leadership team.  
  • Collaborate closely with the facilities Supply Chain Director, on operational and inventory management processes and initiatives as well as on Supply Chain best practices.
  • The role primarily focuses on the facilities with a multi-hospital sites.  However, you will also serve as a resource to assist the remaining facilities with best demonstrated practices and process improvements.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience within Healthcare / Hospitals
  • Demonstrative supply chain management experience
  • Able to work effectively and proactively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrative leadership and coaching skills able to lead teams across multiple sites.
  • Able to work to and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Highly experienced in inventory management
  • Experienced budget management and working closely with finance teams.
  • A background within clinical, so maybe you be started your career as a Nurse or AHP and moved in to Supply Chain (Desirable)
