Therefore, we are investing in a new workforce to lead this change, and we are actively recruiting now for a 2023 start, focused on change management, transforming work practices, and project delivery of goals and objectives.
We’re looking for a Reimbursement Management Analyst to join our EHR Team based at London Bridge. As a Reimbursement Management Analyst you will be responsible for translating and implementing pricing structures across the organisation. The Analyst will work with Primary Care and Central Revenue Assurance to ensure all agreements have been accurately translated into system rules and schedules. The Analyst will be working within the EHR Program as part of the Revenue Cycle workstream.
What you’ll do:
Analyse existing pricing agreements across the organisation from all current systems and writing these into the new EHR system
Determine requirements for reimbursement management rules based on existing materials and ensure these are written accurately and efficiently
Create robust training material to allow processes to be transitioned into a BAU environment
Implement and maintain change management process to ensure alignment of parallel systems prior to go live
Test and validate rules using a variety of testing methodologies
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs
What you’ll bring:
Experience in a role involved with pricing implementation processes
Experience in UK private healthcare commercial contracts/pricing management
Excellent organisational and change management skills
Excellent technical analytical skills
Excellent consultative and communication skills.
