We’re looking for a Senior Server Engineer to join our ITG team based at 1 London Bridge. The ITG team are a vibrant, innovative, mission focused team who have a strong focus and commitment of maintaining the strong culture we have here. This is a Senior Server Engineer, sitting within the ITG Operations Management team, is responsible for maintaining HCA UK's Windows and Linux server estate covering a wide range of components such as DHCP, DNS, AD, GPO, Monthly Patching, storage, networking and connectivity elements that are used in the day-to-day operations of HCA Healthcare.

What you'll do:
This role will be to work closely with the Server Team Lead and Infrastructure Manager to define best practice, implement new policies and procedures where needed.
Ensure standards are being adhered to across the Server estate both on Prem and in the Cloud as well as ensuring that documentation is delivered to a set standard defined in conjunction with the Server Team Lead.
The role will also see you mentoring Server Team members and helping to improve their knowledge and skillset as well as partnering with the wider Infrastructure team and IT team in delivering the ambitious and exciting IT Infrastructure strategy.
What you'll bring:
Server Administration experience within a virtualised environment having worked with Cloud technologies
Sound Knowledge of Azure
CommVault Backup experience essential
Hands on VMWare experience
Review and creation of HLD's and LLD's as part of Service improvement / project works
Relevant Server Certifications
