Senior Corporate Wellbeing Manager

  • Contract; Permanent, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hrs per week
  • Salary and rewards; Competitive dependent upon experience

We are actively seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Corporate Healthcare Wellbeing Manager. Specifically from a Corporate Healthcare provider, such as HCA.

In this role you will get to add value by;

  • Being directly involved and leading a team to building strong and productive relationships with our clients, create engaging health and wellbeing programmes which focus on key health areas which are most valued by their employees. Including health education and interactive events to target common workplace issues.
  • Support delivery of tailored assessments to help our clients understand the overall health of their employees, reduce lifestyle risks and prevent future health problems.
  • Gather bespoke feedback and aggregated data from our clients to develop programmes which deliver positive behavioural change

Successful Applicants will need to demonstrate;

  • Skills, experience, knowledge and understanding of the corporate UK private healthcare market at a senior level.
  • Experienced wellbeing programme lead or wellbeing management experience
  • A sound understanding of the benefits of healthy lifestyle choices being able to demonstrate that you are up to date with developments in health advice.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint, word) 
  • Excellent customer service skills, presenting skills, exceptional communicator,  able to offer flexibility to respond to our clients needs.
