The Head of Pharmacy Supply Chain is pivotal to our plans to continue to ensure our success and ambitions.
Salary and rewards:

The impact you will have;
This role is fast paced, with lots of variety, collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team using clinical leadership / management skills and pharmacy competencies to oversee supply chain. You will lead the Pharmacy supply chain team, in improving operational and financial pharmacy performance at all HCA facilities within the UK Division. This includes responsible for supply expense management, contracting / compliance for pharmaceuticals, inventory management, Pharmacy systems, operational education, use of technology and supply disruption management. An a registered Pharmacist and a leader in Supply Chain you will be dedicated in optimising supply chain pharmacy operations, project management where you will be able to apply your skills and knowledge in the implementation of transformational projects as directed by the CEO of Supply Chain
Criteria to apply;
This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who has experience in Pharmacy Management, with an interest in supply chain operations and has the commercial acumen to lead on strategies that support the core objective of purchasing pharmaceuticals that are of high quality, safe and are the most cost effective.
- Successful candidates will need exceptional co-ordination skills, multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, IT skills including presentations on PowerPoint and excel data entry. Multi-tasking skills and interpersonal skills suitable to this high level.
- Registered member of the General Pharmaceutical Council - Post graduate Pharmacy qualifications
