Location – Oxford Circus with remote/home working.
Contract Type - Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week.

About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who has previous HR Onboarding experience or extensive experience of working in a fast paced Administrative role with a Customer Service element.
As part of our growing Onboarding team you will be responsible for managing the process from point of offer to an employees first day; ensuring that all new employees have a first class service during the period of Onboarding.
You will have responsibility for building a relationship with new employees and acting as their first point of contact during this time. You will be responsible for generating contracts of employment, managing all pre-employment checks and ensuring 100% compliance before an employees first day.
Previous experience of working within a compliance setting - highly desirable
Brilliant Administrative skills with an effect customer service style
Excellent communication skills
High level of attention to detail
A strong understanding of NHS employer check standards - highly desirable
