Job: Senior 1 Mammographer/Radiographer
Location: The London Breast Institute (Part of The Princess Grace Hospital)
Contract Type: Permanent, full time hours 37.5hrs (Hours are either 9am – 5pm or 4 x long days 8am – 6pm (37.5hr week) Monday to Friday. No weekends or on calls)
Salary Range: Competitive dependent on skills & experience. This position is equivalent to a band 6-7 NHS.

Job Description
Reporting to the LBI clinical services manager, the post holder will provide a customer focused high quality diagnostic Radiography service to our patients and service users. To strive for and maintain the best standard of diagnostic imaging for our users at all times.
The role will be based within the London Breast unit and the post holder will be certified in mammography and will be expected to participate in all areas of breast/women’s health imaging, to include DEXA scanning, Tomosynthesis, Ultrasound and administration duties in accordance with business need of the unit.

Duties & Responsibilities
To provide a professional standard of excellence in radiographic services for all patients.
To participate on the shift rotation.
To help in booking of immediate appointments and maintain appropriate departmental records as necessary.
Skills & Experience
HCPC registered
Post Graduate qualification in mammography (eg certification in mammography).
Extensive experience in Mammography
International candidates must have a Mammography Certificate. For UK trained applicants, this will be desirable however we would be willing to train the suitable candidate
