Temporary Staffing Coordinator
Salary: £26,000 pa - £28,000 pa + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)
Hours per week: 40 hours
Location: Oxford Street, London/ Remote Working
As the Staffing Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the day-to-day activity of managing the Facility Scheduler (FS) Tool/Application as needed for both Central Team and/or back up to Sites. The role will also support HCA facilities with theatre staffing and FS requirements, along with general admin support to the wider PI/WFP teams. (Performance Improvement / Workforce Planning).
The Staffing Coordinator/Facility Scheduler Admin is designated as the Super User for the Division, additional to being the designated super user specifically for the HCA facilities. You will be required to include oversight of all scheduling system, training activity, education of new users, and problem solving in all areas related to the scheduling services systems. You will also be required to provide admin support for the WFP/PI teams.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Someone who can work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Communication
- Work well under pressure
- Microsoft office inclusive of basic – intermediate excel skills
- Clear communicator, can work on-the-go when visiting on-site
- Ability to work unsupervised and remotely (WFH) at times – yet remaining productive
- Good attention to detail
- Someone from a Call Centre/ Customer Service background would be good, but not essential.
