Location – A hybrid role with regular travel across London and the surrounding area

Salary - OTE £44,000 + up to 40% bonus (£38,000 base + £6,000 car allowance)

Permanent and full time (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role

The Relationship Manager role is a field-based sales role, with accountability for delivering targeted referrals and revenue across the HCA portfolio for a defined territory.

As Relationship Manager you will build effective and productive relationships with current and potential patient referral sources (i.e. GPs, Physiotherapists) in your defined territory, with the objective of driving patient volume into HCA.

Applicants must have access to a car and a valid UK driving license. There will be regular travel across this region.

This role is best suited to someone with a successful sales track record in a related industry. 

We will consider candidates who have sold pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and/or have worked in a similar role for another private hospital group.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Sales role within healthcare and/or Pharma
  • Ability to develop new relationships and manage existing multi-level relationships across a range of businesses
  • An analytical approach to Sales, using this to develop your understanding of the dynamics within your territory
  • A impactful and influential communication style
