About the Role
The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager will lead the creation and delivery of process training programs for Revenue Cycle Support Services (RCSS). This encompasses process training for Patient Access, Revenue Assurance, and the Contact Centre.
The Learning program will be developed in collaboration with the business operational heads and managers and the Centre of Excellence counterparts to equip Revenue Cycle teams across the Group with the tools and techniques they need to deliver set standards and objectives with confidence, consistency and high quality. 
This post will have three technical facilitators as direct reports and will lead and mentor them to deliver learning programs that equip the operational teams with effective knowledge, tools and techniques to perform their jobs.

Skills Needed

  • Progressive and proven success leading change management, L&D and process improvement.

  • Proven experience enabling remote learning.

  • Proven success developing and mentoring high-performing teams.

  • Experience with development and delivery of L&D programs

  • Good understanding of healthcare operations. 

  • High confidence and ability to influence stakeholders.
