Quality and Governance Manager 
Location – The Princess Grace
Permanent and Full-time 37.5 hours
Salary - £50,000 to £55,000 depending on experience + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)

About the Role
The Princess Grace is recruiting for a Quality and Governance Manager. As part of its portfolio, The PGH campus also includes The London Centre for Orthopaedic Services, The London Breast Institute, London Digestive Centre and Institute of Sport and Exercise Health at UCLH. As a senior member of the governance team you will be integral in working with all stakeholders and supporting hospital teams to identify areas for improvement and in developing robust quality systems, processes and programmes that will support the delivery and innovation of exceptional care and services.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within each multidisciplinary team across the facility to maintain a standardised approach to ensuring, and exceeding, and monitoring compliance with healthcare standards and in managing CQC readiness and assurance.

Working alongside the Associate Chief Nurse, you will influence effectively, create synergy and prioritise improvement projects to ensure that the hospital maintains a high governance and quality standard.

Skills & Experience:
•    Educated to diploma or degree level 
•    Current and relevant experience of working in healthcare governance   
•    Health or governance related degree 
•    Evidence of continuing professional development 
•    Clinical background 
•    Investigation, governance, audit and risk qualification(s)
