Job Description
You will be part of a small team providing maintenance and emergency cover to the Lister Hospital Group and our other and medical facilities. 
As part of the Estates team, you will provide a first-class building maintenance service to the Hospital Estate, covering reactive works, project support, scheduled maintenance works and Emergency call out

Duties and Responsibilities

·         To ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times and to adhere to HCA Healthcare policy and procedures

·         Knowledge of commercial plant rooms

·         To work on planned preventive maintenance schedules, in line with departmental goals and objectives

·         Maintain accurate records and documentation appropriate to the role

·         Respond to and complete incoming works logged on the internal computerised maintenance management system (Engineering Central) prioritising your workload

·         Carry out small installation works as instructed by Estates Management Team which may involve cross discipline works

Skills and Experience

·         Qualified in relevant disciplines e.g. City & Guilds or NVQ Plumbing or Mechanical engineering qualification

·         Knowledge of Health and Safety, COSHH, Manual Handling and Fire Regulations

·         Excellent customer care and communication skills

·         Computer literate

·         Accuracy and attention to detail
