Many of the transfers are technically challenging with various obstacles to overcome. They have daily meetings and huddles like every group of clinicians. They discuss case load management including any major international or domestic transfers which are currently pending.
You will get to work with the most amazing colleagues, dealing with a variety of situations at London’s first Medical Concierge CQC Registered Centre. The Concierge service provides a single point of contact, where all healthcare medical needs can be addressed & navigated no matter how complex or difficult (including ICU to ICU transfers from all over the world).
They have supported patients from over 47 countries, including eight red list countries, whilst abiding by government regulations. The team operate a 24/7, 365 days a year clinically nurse-led service with access to all HCA UK sites.
