Department: Legal Team (Non-Contentious/Corporate)

Location: Hybrid role - central London (Oxford Circus) and some remote working

Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

This is a pivotal role, our Corporate Lawyer will be assisting and supporting the Vice President of Legal Services and the Chief Legal Adviser (Non-Contentious) in providing a high-quality legal service to the HCA Healthcare UK Group in connection with corporate matters.

This role is attractive, as it is fundamental to HCA’s growth strategy and business development processes in connection with doctor engagement. As a legal advisor you will be joining a team of established experts, and will have the ability to provide corporate law advice to key stakeholders in an efficient and simple manner.

Successful applicants will need:

• Law degree and practising certificate

• Post Qualification experience gained in a law firm and/or in an in house role

• Experience of advising on corporate governance and joint venture issues

• Experience dealing with business acquisitions and disposals

• Experience with corporate structures, in particular LLPs and Limited Liability Companies.​

• Desirably, knowledge of the healthcare industry.
