Full time, 37.5 hours/ week (Monday - Friday)

THIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 9 MONTHS

Salary - £27,000 - £35,000 per annum + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Officer to join our London Bridge Hospital on a fixed term basis. Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Contracts Manager to administer Hospital contracts.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Draft and update contracts for Professional Services and Room License Agreements using standard templates
  • Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments
  • Prepare and submit financial approvals for new and renewed contracts
  • Ensure that contracts are properly entered into the contract repository system and track the progress of agreements through the review and execution process
  • Prepare professional services invoices for manager review, and maintain records of invoice submission and payments
  • Liaise over the phone, email, or in-person with Consultants, Practice Managers, and Medical Secretaries regarding their contract, room license, and invoice related queries
  • Work collaboratively with the Contracts Manager and others from the Business Development team to identify and resolve Consultant issues and queries
  • Be fully compliant in relation to information security processes

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of working with contracts is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
