Permanent, Part time, 15 hours/ week (2x full days/ week)

Salary – £28,644 - £31,826 per annum pro rata + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Governance Facilitator to join London Bridge Hospital on a part time basis to work closely with the Associate Head of Governance and Head of Governance to ensure high standards of compliance are maintained and that quality improvement initiatives are effectively facilitated to promote a positive culture of quality improvement. 

You will be the key point of guidance, support and advice relating to patient feedback, the audit programme occurring at the facility and document control of facility-level policies, procedures and guidelines.  

You will also provide project management support and administration to the Associate Head of Governance and Head of Governance.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma-level qualification or equivalent experience: a scientific, statistical or healthcare work background is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in collating and interpreting data
  • Demonstrate experience/interest of quality improvement, clinical audit, policy management, governance
  • Highly IT literate – Word, advanced Excel and PowerPoint essential, knowledge of Datix and Meditech highly desirable
  • High proficiency in the use of verbal and written English language
