Clinical Nurse Specialist- Gynaecology and Endometriosis

Permanent and Full time 37.5 hours per week.

About the Role

The Princess Grace Hospital is recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Specialist for Gynaecology and Endometriosis. You will provide clinical leadership which inspires, motivates and empowers nurses within the service and is responsible for effectively managing the financial resources, ensuring the optimal deployment of the nursing workforce to ensure high-quality patient care is delivered and monitored.  This will require the post holder to contribute to both corporate and hospital initiatives and plans, particularly in respect of changes in patient care delivery and quality. This post will be based at the Princess Grace Hospital but will work across the Pan London group of HCA hospitals to provide clinical expertise in the field of Endometriosis.

Skills & Experience  

  • Registered Nurse, 1st level with current NMC Registration.
  • Diploma level education or equivalent intellectual ability.
  • Evidence of on-going professional development within gynaecology or oncology.
  • Teaching/mentorship training or equivalent.
  • Advanced Communication
  • Recent experience within the field of Gynaecology or Oncology care for at least 12 months
  • Knowledge of current issues pertaining to gynaecological cancer
