Location – Central London with the opportunity to work remotely
Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary – c£45,000 dependant on experience + benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)
As an experienced UX Designer, you will play a hands-on role, focused on creating digital product experiences which balance a variety of user and business needs with elegant and efficient solutions. Working together with HCA’s in-house studio team and agency partners, you will help to create and implement UX and UI standards and guidelines for HCA’s digital products.
The UX Designer will work closely with content production, internal and external engineering teams (and a variety of business stakeholders across CX, marketing and medical disciplines), to develop IA, UX and UI patterns, templates and prototypes to best serve the users of HCA’s digital products.

Working with responsive/adaptive multi-platform websites (mobile/tablet/desktop)
Experience working in an Agile team alongside Software Engineers, QAs and other team members
Producing both wireframes and hi-fidelity design work with suitable tools such as Figma (preferred), XD or Sketch
Experience using JIRA, Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services (TFS) / Azure Devops or similar task management tools such as Jira/Confluence
Experience in building and maintaining design systems
